You are solely responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, and safety information provided on the product label and packaging before use. We strongly recommend testing any product on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.

PointChemicals® is not liable for any damage to vehicle surfaces, paint, trim, or any other property, or for any personal injury, resulting from improper use, misuse, dilution, mixing with other products, or failure to follow the stated instructions.

Products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, packaging, and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to receive the order and pay the full amount to the courier at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to decline future orders from customers with a history of repeatedly refusing delivery of confirmed COD orders.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
